How I use the details you give me.

Short version: I ask for your name, email and company so I know who is reading, and so you only have to do it once. I do not put you on a list.

01

What I collect

When you open a guide, my CV or another download, I ask for three things: your email address, your name and your company or organisation. I also store which item you opened and the time you opened it. Nothing else is collected in that form.

02

Why I collect it

So I know who is reading my material, and so you only have to fill the form in once. Your details are also what makes your personal access link work, which is why you can return later without entering anything again.

03

What I do not do

I do not add you to a newsletter, I do not run automated email sequences, I do not sell your details, and I do not share them with advertising networks. If I ever want to contact you about something, it will be a personal email from me.

04

Where it is stored

The details are stored in my own database on the platform that hosts this site, and they are only readable by me. Your access preference is also kept locally in your own browser so the site remembers you.

05

How long I keep it

I keep the entries for as long as they are useful to me as a record of who has read my material. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

06

Your choices

Write to me at fredrika.frenkiel@hyperisland.se and I will tell you exactly what I have stored about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason.
