A typical engagement
Most projects start with a 2–3 week insight phase where I map the current workflow, interview stakeholders and quantify the friction. From there I design the operating model, build the first agentic workflows and launch them with the team. The full cycle usually runs 8–12 weeks, depending on the number of markets and systems involved.
